ADM After Prom

Dear ADM Parents of Seniors, Juniors and Guests:

The ADM After Prom Event will be held at the Adel DeSoto Minburn High School from 11:30 pm on Saturday, May 3, 2014 to 5:00 am on Sunday, May 4th.

The After Prom Committee has been working throughout the year to ensure the students have a fun and safe evening.  Listed below are the rules for the After Prom Event.  Parents should feel comfortable letting their son or daughter attend this function.  At the same time, we (the Committee) feel comfortable acting as the hosts.

THE RULES OF THE AFTER PROM EVENT ARE AS FOLLOWS:

•       The After Prom Event is only for ADM Seniors, Juniors and their dates.
•       All students must sign in when they arrive and sign out if they leave the event before it is over.  Parents will be notified by phone if their son or daughter leaves the event before 5:00 am.  Due to liability issues, any student or guest who leaves WILL NOT be allowed back in.
•       The doors of the facility will be locked at 12:30 am and no one will be admitted after that time.
•       There will be prizes for ADM Senior and Junior students.
•       Students and guests will not be allowed to bring in beverages.  Food and drinks will be provided throughout the night at no charge.  Bags and purses will be checked.
•       If your son or daughter leaves early from the Dance they potentially may not be allowed to enter the ADM After Prom event. 

Please remember, our goal is to provide a fun and safe event for our students.  The event is sponsored and organized by parents.  Please urge your son or daughter to attend.  Students are welcome to attend this event even if they do not attend Prom.
